With the generous support from the church and community, we have completed the Prayer Garden. This includes changes to the land to make the ground safe and level and a watering system to protect all of the new plants. It also includes the complete installation of the first of six areas of the Prayer Garden – the Central Garden. (see map above)
The first of the gardens to be completely installed -- the Central Garden is a riot of color with azaleas and peonies. Benches invite a pause to enjoy nature and offer prayers.
CLICK ON the maps, to the right, and you’ll be taken to pages showing the other five areas of the Prayer Garden. One of the last public spaces in Jackson Heights will be a community highlight with your support. Thank you.
