On March 19th 2005 about 90 friends and neighbors gathered in the social room of the Community United Methodist Church for the Easter Tea, to raise money for the installation of the Prayer Labyrinth. Many new supporters were in attendance and all enjoyed.
 
The Lawn Party for the Prayer Garden was held on July 18, 2004. Over 75 attended a delicious brunch by Park Avenue Catering, in the garden. All the many hours of work, that have gone into the first phases, are an inspiration to all.
On November 22nd 2003 almost one hundred neighbors and friends of this community attended the High Tea in the recreated garden, in the social room of Community United Methodist Church.
 
The initial stage of the Prayer Garden Project began in November of 2003. Millamar Landscape Services began the construction of retaining walls and new elevations.
